Warranty
HHVP provides an excellent factory warranty with all of its state of the art test and measurement equipments. Your investment is protected by HHVP's reach across India. The warranty gives you standard coverage for the location (State) in which the product is in use against workmanship and design. This eliminates the need to ship equipment back to our works.
HHVP warranty service will provide all parts and labour necessary to return your equipment (System/Pump) with specified performance.
Warranty coverage
HHVP warranty covers hardware products against defects in material and workmanship within the specified warranty period.
Products that confirm to our published specifications also comes under warranty.
Warranty does not cover :
- Visible abuse.
- Negligence or shipping damage.
- Defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration by Customer or unauthorized parties.
- Unauthorized modification.
- Wrong application.
- Improper site preparation or maintenance by Customer.
- Consumables including rubber seals required for running the pump.
