High vacuum distillation is mainly applicable to distil materials that are heavy in molecular weight. One of the well-known applications is Vitamin E (Tocopheraol), Fatty acid extraction from Soya, Corn, Palm Oil.
Agitated Thin Film Evaporator (ATFE)
ATFE method of distillation is used when the distillates molecular weight is less than 400 Gms/mole
Kettle – Column Distillation
Used during recovery of solvent after the reaction process in API plants

Dehydration of sensitive substances like biological samples, high value chemicals, vaccines etc. under vacuum in a closed chamber or smaller vials connected to a vacuum system
Tray Dryer
Complete drying of material under vacuum in placed on trays kept inside a vacuum chamber. Drying under vacuum ensures 100% removal of moisture from the substrate material.
Roto-Cone Dryer
Complete drying of material under vacuum in a rotatable conical shaped vessel. Drying under vacuum ensures 100% removal of moisture from the substrate material.
Rotary Tumbler Dryer
Complete drying of material under vacuum in a rotatable cylindrical shaped vessel. Drying under vacuum ensures 100% removal of moisture from the substrate material.
